Reflecting on 2025 Highlights and What’s Next for 2026!

As we start a new year, we want to take a moment to reflect on an incredible first year—one defined by growth, learning, and the collective efforts that helped define our path forward. Launching a new company was extremely exciting but also challenging. Thanks to our clients, partners, and team, we’ve built a strong foundation for the future. Here’s a look back at what we accomplished together—and a glimpse at what’s ahead in 2026!

2025 Highlights

Launching Strong

September marked the official launch of BrightHelm Partners, and the momentum we built was nothing short of amazing. In just four months, our team logged 1,099 hours, delivering exceptional solutions for our clients. This rapid start wasn’t just about hours—it was about results. We rolled out 300+ new features to our clients, launched three of our new Discovery Engagements for clients making big transitions, and supported a long-time client on their go-live on Nonprofit Cloud with an extensive community for their members. Alongside this, we exceeded our expectations on key performance metrics, setting a strong foundation for growth.

Growing Our Client Base

We’re thrilled to have expanded our client portfolio and signed multiple new contracts in just a few short months! From strategic advising to hands-on implementation, we’ve helped clients unlock new efficiencies and maximize their Salesforce investments. Our ability to secure new contracts at such a rapid pace underscores the strength of our team and the meaningful value we deliver in every engagement. Each partnership demonstrates our commitment to creating impact and fostering long-term relationships. This growth reflects more than increased numbers—it represents the confidence businesses place in BrightHelm Partners to deliver results-driven solutions.

Establishing a Positive Presence in the Salesforce Ecosystem

BrightHelm Partners entered the Salesforce Ecosystem with purpose and impact. Rather than simply showing up, we engaged as contributors—delivering speaking sessions at Salesforce events and sharing practical perspectives on innovation and best practices. At Dreamforce, we brought together the Salesforce Military community, along with its allies and supporters, through a hosted social event that fostered meaningful conversations and connections. We established credibility, deepened relationships, and affirmed our dedication to being a trusted partner within the ecosystem. Our presence signifies more than participation; it represents active collaboration in driving transformation.

Looking Ahead

Expand Service Offerings

In 2026, we’re taking our services to the next level. As organizations continue to scale their Salesforce environments, strong governance and reliable administrative support become increasingly critical. Deepening our governance and remote admin support offerings is key as we expand our service portfolio—not just to meet immediate needs, but to help clients build sustainable, high-performing platforms over time.

We are expanding our governance services to provide clients with clear frameworks, decision-making models, and best-practice guardrails that evolve alongside their business. This includes:

  • Establishing and refining governance models that define ownership, roles, and responsibilities

  • Supporting release management, change enablement, and roadmap planning

  • Advising on data quality, security, and compliance as systems scale

We will approach governance not as a one-time issue but as an ongoing partnership—helping organizations adapt their processes as they grow, adopt new capabilities, and respond to changing business needs.

In parallel, we are strengthening our remote administration services to act as a flexible extension of our clients’ internal teams. This includes day‑to‑day platform support, configuration updates, user management, and troubleshooting, as well as proactive optimization and light enhancements.

Remote admin support allows our clients to:

  • Access experienced Salesforce expertise without the overhead of maintaining a full in-house team

  • Scale support up or down based on changing needs

  • Keep their environments optimized, current, and aligned with best practices

By combining operational reliability with strategic insight, this model enables organizations to focus on their core mission while knowing their Salesforce platform is well managed.

Deepening Partnerships

In 2026, BrightHelm Partners will focus on deepening relationships across our entire ecosystem—strengthening partnerships with our clients, partners and the broader Salesforce community. Our goal is to emphasize building trusted, long-term relationships that offer strategic insight, ongoing support beyond implementation, and collaborative innovation that drives measurable and lasting success for all stakeholders.

Clients increasingly rely on a network of trusted partners to help them adapt to change, optimize platforms, and align technology with evolving business goals. By investing in deeper partnerships, we are creating a model that prioritizes continuity, accountability, and collective success—ensuring our clients and partners are supported well beyond initial implementations. We will place greater emphasis on:

  • Regular touchpoints to ensure Salesforce solutions continue to align with business priorities

  • Strategic guidance on roadmap planning, optimization, innovation, and scaling

  • Proactive support for clients as their needs evolve, rather than reacting only when challenges arise

This approach allows us to deliver sustained value, deepen trust, and maximize clients' Salesforce investments over time.

Deepening partnerships also extends to collaborating partners across the Salesforce ecosystem. We see these relationships as opportunities to expand impact through shared expertise, complementary capabilities, and joint innovation. By strengthening alignment with collaborating partners, we aim to:

  • Deliver more seamless, end‑to‑end solutions for clients

  • Share insights, best practices, and lessons learned

  • Co‑innovate to solve complex business challenges

These partnerships enable us to offer greater value collectively than any one organization could provide alone.

Strong Foundation, Bold Path Forward

As we reflect on 2025, one thing is clear: BrightHelm Partners was built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing meaningful work. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and energized by what lies ahead. The momentum we gained in 2025 laid a powerful foundation, but it’s only the beginning. As we look ahead, our focus is intentional: expand our service offerings, deepen partnerships, and deliver even greater value across the Salesforce ecosystem. We are committed to growing thoughtfully—supporting our clients beyond implementation, investing in long-term relationships, and continuing to show up as active contributors within the community.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey so far, and we’re energized by what’s ahead. Together with our clients, partners, and the Salesforce community, we’re building something extraordinary—driving innovation, strengthening connections, and creating lasting impact in the years to come.
