Introducing BrightHelm Partners: Navigating Change for Greater Impact

My team and I are excited to officially launch BrightHelm Partners, a Salesforce consulting firm built on a simple idea: Your Mission, Our Map. We’re here to guide organizations as a trusted way-finder, bringing together inspiring missions and our technical expertise.

BrightHelm isn’t starting from scratch. We’re bringing forward many of the business practices, experienced team members, and client partnerships from our mother organization, CRM Navigators – but with a new name, a new vision, and a sharper focus on the values that matter.

New Name

Our new name reflects the journey that we take with our clients. We see a bright future with clear communication and inspired solutions. In maritime tradition, the “helm” is a reference to the wheel that steers a ship. Together, we are BrightHelm.

New Vision

We see our business expanding from a Salesforce consulting firm dedicated to nonprofits to a Salesforce Industries Cloud firm that serves mission-driven organizations of all kinds. We are excited about the possibilities in Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud as Industries products, and look forward to expanding into Public Sector Solutions.

Sharper Focus

We’ve sharpened our core values to four points on our compass, guiding our way:

  • Transparency ☀️ Clear as Day

  • Empowerment ☸️ Steady at the Helm

  • Mission Focus ⚓️ Anchored in Purpose

  • Quality 🌊 Built to Weather the Storm

To learn more about our values, as well as our story and services, visit our website and sign up for our newsletter.

Looking to the Horizon

We’re grateful for the trust our clients and partners have given us in the past, and we’re energized about what lies ahead.

Here’s to a bright future building solutions that steer missions, together.
