Founding with Purpose: A Tribute to the Team Behind BrightHelm
There’s something incredibly special about being part of a company from the very beginning. It’s not just about building a brand or starting a new business—it’s about believing in a vision, taking risks, showing up even when the path isn’t clear, & building a dream, together.
As one of the five founding crew members of BrightHelm Partners, I’ve had the privilege of watching this vision come to life from the ground up. Every late night, every spark of innovation, and every challenge we’ve faced, this team has shown nothing but strength, perseverance, and a shared belief in what we’re building.
YOUR MISSION.
OUR MAP
I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing people I have the privilege of working with- whether side by side or through a screen. Each one has invested countless hours, creativity, & dedication into this company. I couldn’t be more thankful to be part of such a passionate and hardworking team.
To the woman who started it all, Hayley Tuller, thank you. Your leadership, dedication, and belief in this team and our mission has laid the foundation for everything we’re building. You have always put your team and clients at the forefront of everything you do and for that, we are forever grateful. No matter what challenges have come our way, you’ve consistently given your all and shown us what it truly means to lead with purpose, passion, and heart.
So... why am I telling you this? We think that connecting on a genuine and personal level with our clients tends to create a feeling of collaboration and shared purpose that ultimately drives greater success than a more arm’s-length arrangement between businesses.
We built our company with the same care, proficiency, and long-range thinking as we devote to our Salesforce solutions. We intend to scale into more and larger teams, with economies of scale driven by a foundation of intentional processes , documentation, and openness.
💬 We'd love to hear from you: What’s one lesson you've learned from chasing a dream?
